Mara runs a public cupping of whatever green coffee we’re currently evaluating from ourfarm partners. No experience needed, and you’ll taste coffee that hasn’t made it to theshopyet. Most weeks it’s three to four coffees side by side, scored on a shared sheet so first-timers can see how their palate compares to staff.

If you brew at home and it never tastes like it does at the café, this class is almost always the fix — see ourwater chemistry articlefor the science behind why.
