Fixed Favorite or Rotating?
Every plan lets you lock in one coffee as your standing order, or switch to “rotate” mode, where we pick a different single-origin each cycle based on what just came off the roaster. Most people who start on a fixed favorite switch to rotating within two months.
How Shipping Works
Roasting happens the same day your shipment is queued, and bags ship the next morning — usually a two to four day transit depending on how far you are from Brightwater. You’ll get a roast date printed on the bag and an email the day it ships.
