Ordering & Shipping
How fast does an order ship?
Orders placed before noon on weekdays ship the same day. Everything is roasted to order for online sales — see our current roasts in theshop.
Do you ship whole bean or ground?
Both. Every product page lets you choose whole bean, or a grind for drip, pour-over, French press, or espresso.
Do you ship outside Brightwater?
Yes — online orders and subscriptions ship nationwide. Café-only items like pastries stay local to thethree cafés.
What’s your return policy?
If a bag tastes off to you for any reason, email us within 30 days and we’ll replace it or refund it — no questions asked.

Can I pause or skip a shipment?

Can I switch which coffee I get each cycle?
Yes — pick a fixed favorite, or set your plan to “rotate” and we’ll send a different single-origin each shipment.
Can I change my delivery frequency later?
Yes, anytime, and the change applies starting with your next shipment rather than mid-cycle.

What’s the minimum order for wholesale?
Our smallest tier starts at 5 lbs per week. Full pricing is on thewholesale page.

We offer calibration visits for the first three months; equipment loans are evaluated case by case during onboarding.
How long does onboarding take?
Usually two to three weeks from first contact to first delivery, most of it waiting on a cupping and training slot on Priya’s calendar.
