This is the original storefront, opened in 2016 in a former bicycle repair shop — the roaster sits roughly where the workbench used to be, and you can watch a batch run from the sidewalk through the original shop window. Seating is tight — a counter bar and four small tables — because most of the floor space is the roaster and green coffee storage. It’s the least suited of the three cafés to setting up a laptop for the afternoon, and the best one for actually watching your coffee get made.

This is also where theSaturday cupping sessions,Home Brewing 101 classes, and roastery tours all happen every week.
